Claims (1)
- 入口に小径部、奥部に大径部を有する、セラミ
ツクス部材に設けられた凹部；同凹部の小径部と
ほぼ等しい外径を有し、中心線に沿つて中心孔を
、前端部に切欠き小径部を、さらに前端部に前記
中心孔と前記前端部外周とを連通する連通部を、
後端部におねじを備えたねじ部材；前記凹部へ前
記ねじ部材をその前端部から挿入した状態で、両
部材間の空隙に充填固化されている無機系接着材
；および前記ねじ部材の後端部のおねじに螺合す
るナツトを具備したことを特徴とするセラミツク
ス部材へのねじ締結装置。
