- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外面に軸方向のボールスプライン溝を複数
条有するボールスプライン軸と、該ボールスプラ
イン軸のボールスプライン溝とこれに対向する軸
方向のボール転動溝とでなるボール転動路内を転
動しつつ循環する多数のボールを介して軸方向に
相対移動可能に前記ボールスプライン軸に嵌合し
た外筒体とを備えたボールスプライン装置におい
て、 前記ボールスプライン軸は中空軸とし、該中空
軸の中空部に充填材を充填したことを特徴とする
ボールスプライン装置。 (2) 前記充填材が繊維状体の集まりからなる請
求項(1)記載のボールスプライン装置。 (3) 前記充填材が発泡体である請求項(1)記載の
ボールスプライン装置。 (4) 前記充填材が膨張コンクリートである請求
項(1)記載のボールスプライン装置。 (5) 発泡体が発泡コンクリートである請求項(3)
