Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１軸の端部に固定状に連結された第１ヨーク
と第２軸の端部が挿入される中空状の継手部材の
端部に固定された第２ヨークとが十字軸体を介し
て連結されているユニバーサルジヨイントにおい
て、 十字軸体の中心に貫通穴が形成され、第１ヨー
クの中心に、第２ヨーク側に突出して十字軸体の
穴に隙間をあけてはまりかつ弾性部材により第２
ヨーク側に付勢された棒状部材が軸線方向に移動
しうるように取付けられ、この棒状部材の先端寄
りの部分に他の部分より外径が大きくてかつ外周
面が先端側が細いテーパ状に形成された鍔部が設
けられ、第２ヨークの中心に棒状部材の鍔部がは
まるテーパ状の貫通穴が形成されており、継手部
材に第２軸が挿入されていないときには、弾性部
材により、棒状部材が第２ヨーク側に移動させら
れて、鍔部が第２ヨークの穴にはまるとともに、
棒状部材の先端部がこの穴から継手部材内に突出
し、継手部材に第２軸が挿入されたときには、第
２軸により棒状部材が弾性部材に抗して第１ヨー
ク側に移動させられ、鍔部が第２ヨークの穴から
外れて、この穴と棒状部材の間に隙間が生じるよ
うになされているユニバーサルジヨイントの首倒
れ防止装置。
