2. Description of the Related Art Various devices have been developed and are on the market that charge combustible materials into a furnace, burn them efficiently, and use the heat generated thereby to produce hot water or hot air. In particular, industrial waste is often used as fuel by keeping in mind the effective use of energy.

By the way, when trying to combust this type of combustible material, there are various problems when introducing it into the furnace. That is, apart from fuels made of fluids such as waste oil, combustible materials made of industrial waste are generally solid, and when they are loaded, they are usually input-dependent, so large amounts of combustible material are released at once. material is introduced into the furnace. Therefore, after ignition, it becomes difficult to control the combustion state, and an excessive amount of heat is generated, overheating the furnace, resulting in concerns about fire or damage to the furnace itself. In particular, when the furnace adopts a boiler structure, combustion that causes large unevenness in the amount of heat generated is not very desirable.

Therefore, as a result of research, the inventor of the present invention found that in a boiler structure in which a liquid tank is enclosed in a furnace, air supply pipes divided into three or four groups are arranged around the outer circumference or inner circumference of this liquid tank. If a sufficient amount of combustible material, preferably in the form of chips, is loaded into the furnace and the air supply pipes are sequentially energized from above under time control after ignition, the combustible material in the form of chips is sequentially ignited from above. It has been found that a combustion device that does not burn more than necessary at once can be obtained, and that the above-mentioned problems can be solved.

First, before operating the combustion device 10, a predetermined amount of water is introduced into the space 19 surrounding the furnace 16 and the cyclone device 18 through the inlet 20. Then,
A combustible material, for example, a tire cut into chips, enters the first combustion chamber 4 through the combustible material inlet 46.
0 is loaded inside. At that time, this combustible material
It is preferable to load the fuel up to the vicinity of the plate 36 that separates the first combustion chamber 40 and the second combustion chamber 42. This combustible material is ignited from the ignition port using a normal ignition method. By energizing the blower 72 to the ignited combustible material above, air is forcibly supplied. The introduced air is discharged into the furnace 16 from the air supply pipe 30 and the blower plate 56, but if necessary, the air may be supplied only from the supply pipe 30 by tightening the valve 90. Furthermore, due to the nature of the laminated chip-like combustible materials, it is difficult to expect air to penetrate. Therefore, in the device of the present invention, the blower 10
6 is energized. That is, when the solenoid valve 118 is opened in accordance with the energization of the blower 106, the supplied air reaches the air supply unit 92 and flows through the three passages 98, 1, which constitute this air supply unit 92.
00, 102, and the nozzle part 104
After that, it is ejected into the furnace 16 in a compressed state. As a result, the chip-shaped combustible material can be combusted without any inhibiting factors due to the assistance of air from the air supply unit 92. As is clear from FIG. 10, the air supply unit 92 has a semicircular shape like the other air supply units 94 and 96, so that the stacked chips are evenly supplied with fresh air. Supply can be secured. In this case, if the combustion completion time of the combustible material is obtained as information in relation to the amount of air supplied, the material, and the amount of the combustible material, it is possible to automatically The blower 106 can then be deactivated.

By the way, at this point, the ignited portion of the stacked chips has moved further downward. Therefore, even if the blower 106 continues to be energized, it cannot be expected that the air supply will be particularly effective. Therefore, in the device of the present invention, the blower 108 is energized in response to the de-energization of the blower 106. As a result, blower 1
The air supplied from the furnace 16 passes through the solenoid valve 120, reaches the air supply unit 96, and passes through a nozzle section through a passage having the same structure as the passages 98, 100, and 102 that make up this air supply unit.
It reaches inside and performs the same action as above.

It will be appreciated that if blower 108 is de-energized in the same way as blower 106, blower 110 is then turned on and performs a similar function.

As a result of the above operations, all of the combustible materials stacked in the furnace 16 can be burned. By the way, dust and the like generated after combustion in the furnace 16 reach the second combustion chamber 42 through the circular hole 18. Since the second combustion chamber is sufficiently heated by the rising high-calorie hot air, secondary combustion occurs there, complete combustion occurs, and the air passes through the passage 26 and reaches the cyclone device 18 . The cyclone device 18 circulates around its peripheral wall to prevent dust, while the hot air rises as it is and is discharged into the atmosphere from the chimney 62.

During this operation, the water remaining in the space 19 around the furnace wall and the cyclone device 18 is gradually heated and converted into hot water. Therefore, when desired, it can be taken out from the outlet 24 and used for many purposes.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, the air supplied from the blowers 106, 108, 110 is supplied to the pipe members 146, 148, which constitute the air supply units 140, 142, and 144.
150 and 152 to each nozzle member 154, and is vigorously ejected into the interior of the furnace 16 from its small diameter outlet. In this embodiment, since the air supply unit is not exposed to the outside of the casing 14, it has the advantage of being easy to manufacture and having an excellent aesthetic appearance. In particular, cylindrical nozzles are arranged in multiple stages, so
This has the effect of making it easier to control combustion from the top to the bottom.

According to the present invention, as described above, even chip-like or particulate combustible materials stacked in a furnace can be combusted by forcibly supplying air from the top, bottom, and sides. In particular, by sequentially energizing the blower downward over time, it is possible to achieve the effect of even combustion. In addition, on the one hand, the control of the blower can control the combustion of combustible materials over time;
This has the advantage of avoiding combustion phenomena that temporarily involve the release of an excessive amount of heat.
