転軸の上部に、調理カツターが上下逆様に反転し
て付け変え可能に取付けられる調理器において、 上記回転軸の上部にカツター支えを被着し、こ
の支えの周面に上下両面が互いに逆向きの斜状面
で形成された先細状の係止凸部を設け、上記カツ
ター支えに着脱可能に嵌合する嵌合部を上記調理
カツターの中央部に形成するとともに、この嵌合
部の内空部に連なり上記係止凸部が挿脱される切
欠溝を上記調理カツターに形成し、上記嵌合部の
外周面にこの嵌合部の長さの略１／２の位置にお
いて上記嵌合部の周方向に沿う溝を形成し、この
溝に上記切欠溝を横切るとともに上記係止凸部が
係脱される１巻きのリングスプリングを取付けた
