In the stiffening roller 70, a male roller 72 and an acid roller 74 rotate under driving force to nip and convey the photosensitive material 16. In this case, since the outer periphery of the acid roller 74 is knurled, the photosensitive material 16 is reliably held and conveyed.

Further, here, a convex portion 80 is formed on the outer periphery of the male roller 72, and a recessed portion 82 is formed on the outer periphery of the acid roller 74, so that the male roller 72 is configured to fit into each other. At this time, the photosensitive material 16 sandwiched and conveyed between the acid roller 74 and the acid roller 74 is bent at its center in the width direction along the conveyance direction by the convex portion 80 and the concave portion 82 (a bead with a U-shaped cross section is formed). It is formed). Therefore, the bending rigidity of the photosensitive material 16 that has passed through the stiffening roller 70 is increased by this bending portion.

In this case, the photosensitive material 16 on the upstream side of the waisted roller 70
Irregular waving may occur as the bead is formed, but since the bead is securely held by the conveying roller 66, this waving is not transmitted to the upstream side of the (7) conveying roller 66. Therefore, the transport of the photosensitive material 16 is not adversely affected.

In this case, the photosensitive material 16 accumulated on the waste tray 86 is bent at the center in the width direction along the conveyance direction to increase bending rigidity, and furthermore, the photosensitive material 16 is placed on the protrusion placement section 87 by the presser bar 84. Since both sides of the bent portion are pressed and held in a chevron-shaped state with the bent portion as the apex, they are regularly stacked and accumulated.

Furthermore, since the conveyance roller 66, the waist roller 70, and the waste tray 86 are arranged immediately after the photosensitive material conveyance path of the separating section 42, the conveyance path of the photosensitive material 16 after being separated from the image receiving material 32 by the separating section 42 Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced and costs can be reduced.Furthermore, the rigidity is increased by bending, and both sides of the bent part are pressed by the press bar 84 on the protrusion placement part 87. Coupled with the fact that it is held in a chevron-shaped state with the bent portion at the apex, clogging (so-called jam) does not occur.

In this embodiment, the widthwise central portion of the photosensitive material 16 is bent into a U-shaped cross section along the conveyance direction by the convex portion 80 and concave portion 82 of the buckled roller 70 (male roller 72 and female roller 74). However, by changing the shapes of the convex portion 80 and the concave portion 82, the central portion of the photosensitive material 16 in the width direction can be formed into a V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 7A). It may also be configured to be folded into a shape, and
As shown in FIG. 7(B), a structure may be adopted in which the center portion of the photosensitive material 16 in the width direction is simply bent.
