Claims (1)
- 凸状嵌合部を有する第１押出ダイスと、該第１
押出ダイスに対向して配置され、第１押出ダイス
の上記凸状嵌合部に嵌合可能な凹状嵌合部を有す
る第２押出ダイスとを備え、上記第１および第２
押出ダイスの相対接近動作によつて各々の凸状嵌
合部と凹状嵌合部とを嵌合させることにより、棒
状ワークをダイス成形部に挿入して所定形状に押
出成形する冷間押出成形装置であつて、上記第１
押出ダイスの凸状嵌合部には、先端にいくに従つ
て縮小するテーパ面が形成され、かつ上記第２押
出ダイスの凹状嵌合部には、上記第１押出ダイス
の凸状嵌合部のテーパ面に係合可能なように先端
にいくに従つて拡張するテーパ面を有するガイド
リングが進退移動可能に設けられ、さらに、該ガ
イドリングは、常時、上記第１押出ダイスの凸状
嵌合部側に突出するように付勢手段により付勢さ
れていることを特徴とする冷間押出成形装置。
