Claims (1)
- 被洗浄物を収容する密閉空間を形成する洗浄槽
と、該洗浄槽内に収容した被洗浄物に洗浄溶剤を
噴射する溶剤噴射装置とを有する洗浄装置におい
て、前記洗浄槽内の不要空間部に、空間をつぶす
ためのスペース部材を設け、且つ該スペース部材
を冷却するように構成したことを特徴とする洗浄
装置。
