Claims (1)
- 冷媒液を収納する内容器内に冷凍機の凝縮器部
を挿入し、さらに、上記凝縮器部の周辺を下部が
冷媒液中に浸される熱伝導体で囲み、冷媒液の蒸
発ガスを上記凝縮器部による冷却で再凝縮するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする極低温容器。
