- レーザ光を出射するレーザヘツド部と、高電圧
電流を発生する電源部とが分離して設けられたガ
スレーザ発振器であつて、前記電源部に設けられ
、前記高電圧電流をパルス電流に変換する変換手
段と、前記パルス電流を前記電源部から前記レー
ザヘツド部に伝送する伝送手段とを有することを
特徴とするガスレーザ発振器。
