た複数本のレーザー光を同一光軸上に結合する為
の光結合器と、該光結合器からの出力レーザー光
を入力として該レーザー光の波張を所定量だけ変
移して出力する為の波長変移器と、該波長変移レ
ーザー光を入力として該レーザー光の波長を所定
の範囲だけ連続的に走査変更して出力する為の波
長走査器と、該波長走査レーザー光を入力として
該レーザー光の波長が所定の値に一致したことを
検知する為の波長検出器と、前記光結合器から光
エネルギーの一部を分岐させて前記波長変移器及
び前記波長走査器をバイパスして直接に前記波長
検出器に入力する為の光学系と、前記波長変移器
での光波長変移量と前記波長走査器での波長走査
量と前記波長検出器からの出力とから、前記レー
ザー発振器での発振波長の調整量を求め、調整器
信号を複数台のレーザー発振器に伝送する演算制
御器とからなることを特徴とする多重レーザー光
の波長調整装置。
