Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電圧が加えられる二端子間に複数の抵抗を
    直列に接続し該抵抗によつて分圧形成された電圧
    を基準電圧として基準電圧供給点からバイポーラ
    トランジスタに印加するようにした基準電圧回路
    において、前記バイポーラトランジスタへ前記基
    準電圧供給点から流れ出す若しくはバイポーラト
    ランジスタから流れ込む電流を前記基準電圧供給
    点に与える電流供給手段を設けたことを特徴とす
    る基準電圧回路。
