Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電源系統に負荷設備と並列に接続される高調
波補償設備であつて、三相ＰＷＭコンバータと、
該三相ＰＷＭコンバータの交流側の各相に直列に
挿入された変流リアクトルと、前記三相ＰＷＭコ
ンバータの直流端子間に接続された第１の直流コ
ンデンサと、前記交流リアクトルの電源側の各相
に直列に挿入された電源周波数に共振する第１の
リアクトルとコンデンサからなる並列共振回路と
、該並列共振回路の出力側各相の接続点に並列に
接続される第２のリアクトルと、該第２のリアク
トルと前記交流リアクトルの間に直列接続される
接触器と、前記三相ＰＷＭコンバータを制御する
制御装置とを備えてなるアクテイブフイルタにお
いて、前記交流リアクトルと接触器の各相接続点
に並列に接続された三相ダイオード整流回路と、
該三相ダイオード整流回路の直流端子間に接続さ
れた第２の直流コンデンサとを設けてなることを
特徴とするアクテイブフイルタの保護回路。 ２ 前記第２の直流コンデンサに並列に接続され
直流端子間電圧を検出する過電圧検出回路と、該
過電圧検出回路に並列に抵抗とサイリスタからな
る直列回路とを具備するようにしたことを特徴と
する請求項第１項記載のアクテイブフイルタの保
護回路。
