However, since this fabric has low friction fastness and is susceptible to damage such as scratches, folds, and wrinkles, care must be taken when handling it during scouring and dyeing treatments. Must take due care.

It is said that it is safe to carry out the process under a high bath ratio of about 100, and other methods such as
As shown in Fig. 8, the fabric to be treated is placed in an endless manner in a circulation treatment system including a treatment liquid tank a for storing the treatment liquid and a guide path b for transporting the fabric to be treated together with the treatment liquid, and the liquid flow is carried out by jet dyeing. The staining method using staining device c was considered to be unsuitable. This is because, when dyeing is performed using such a conventional liquid jet dyeing device, the fabric d to be treated becomes roped, tangled, or tangled during circulation, resulting in scratches, folds, etc. This is because, in addition to the problems that occur easily, there is also the problem that "scratches" occur due to slips that occur between the cloth pulling reel e and the processed cloth d. In addition, since the fabric pulling reel e was arranged so as to be located well above the processing liquid level, the fabric to be processed was forcibly stretched under a large tension and was not shaken horizontally. It was scheduled to be lifted up. As a result, there were problems such as folds, scratches, deformation of the grain, and the like, which impairs the texture and feel of the dyed fabric.

る。 Regarding tension release when pulling up fabric, a method has been proposed in which the fabric is pulled up by placing the fabric on a net-like conveyor that circulates around it driven by a chain drive device, but this method causes sagging on the conveying surface. Therefore, it was unavoidable that the conveying surface would wave due to the influence of vibrations during driving of the chain drive device. However, if silk material fabric is pulled up using such a net-like conveyor, the waving of the conveying surface causes the cloth and the conveying surface to repeatedly come into contact and not come into contact, resulting in "sliding". ” may occur.

限界があつた。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when dyeing is carried out using the above-mentioned high bath ratio line dyeing, a large amount of chemicals such as dyes and auxiliaries are required because the bath ratio is too high. In addition, there were problems in terms of economy, such as the need for a large amount of heat, and the hanging fabrics came into contact with each other, causing "scratches".
The work must be carried out carefully to avoid such occurrences, resulting in very poor work efficiency and low productivity. In addition, in the string dyeing method, although some processing liquid convection occurs as the suspended cloth moves up and down, the processing liquid itself remains in a stagnant state, which affects the texture and texture of the resulting dyed cloth. I've reached my limit.

1:25), the transport device 6, and the guideway 5, after setting the treated cloth 2, which has a width slightly larger than the left-right width L2 of the guideway 5, in a spread state in an endless manner, the liquid feeding pump P is activated and the notification conveyance device 6 is activated. As a result, the processing liquid tank 3
The processing liquid sucked from is heated to a predetermined temperature by a heat exchanger 26 as appropriate and is sent to the liquid storage tank 22. When the liquid level exceeds the upstream end 21 of the guide path 5, the liquid storage tank 22 is heated. The treatment liquid 7 sequentially overflows into the guide path 5, and the cloth 2 to be treated is pulled up from the liquid in the treatment liquid tank 3 by the transport device 6 and dropped into the upstream end 21 of the guide path 5. Accompanied by the liquid flow that tends to spread laterally, the liquid is transferred through the guiding path 5 while maintaining its spread state, and after being introduced into the processing liquid tank 3, it is directed forward in the processing liquid and kept in its spread state. She is forced to move to swimming.

処理物を得ることができる。 To supplement this explanation, since the width of the cloth 2 to be treated is formed to be slightly larger than the horizontal width of the guideway 5, as shown in FIG.
The paper is transported with its both side edges 2a, 2a guided by both side parts 5a, 5a of the guideway 5 in a stable spread state without lateral wobbling. In addition, the transferred treated cloth 2
Since both side edges 2a, 2a of are protected by the processing liquid, both side edges 2a, 2a are
a, 2a are not in direct contact with the side parts 5a, 5a of the taxiway 5 (for example, there is a gap of about 10 mm between the side edge 2a and the side part 5a of the taxiway 5). (cloth transfer), therefore, there is no risk of "scratching" occurring on the both side edges 2a, 2a. The treated cloth 2 discharged from the guide path 5 is transferred to the rear curved surface portion 9 of the treatment liquid tank 3.
It is introduced into the processing liquid 7 at the upper part and swims forward in the processing liquid 7 in a zigzag shape. Since L1 is set substantially equal, the cloth 2 to be treated is introduced from the guide path 5 into the treatment liquid tank 3 while maintaining the expanded state.
Both side edges 2a, 2a are connected to both sides 1 of the processing liquid tank 3 in the same manner as in the case of the guide path 5.
It swims forward in the processing liquid tank while being guided by the membranes 2 and 12 in its spread state. Then, the cloth 2 to be treated that has reached the front end of the treatment liquid tank 3 is transferred to the conveying surface 6a formed by the notension conveying device 6.
(The lower end of the conveying surface 6a is in a state close to the processing liquid surface 29).
in a state in which the cloth to be processed 2 is supported by the rollers and reels, and in a state in which no slip occurs between the cloth to be processed 2 and each roller and reel.
It is pulled up from the liquid and transported in its spread state.
Therefore, the tension applied to the cloth to be treated 2 during conveyance is distributed over the entire cloth to be treated 2A that is being conveyed in an expanded manner. Therefore, the tension in a portion of the fabric to be transported becomes very small, and the fabric to be processed 2 is pulled up from the liquid and transported in a state close to that of no tension. By repeating the above-described cycle, the desired treated product of good quality can be obtained.
