Claims (1)
- 感光体上に平行直線で構成される顕像の画像パ
ターンを形成し、この画像パターンを読み取つて
線幅を検出する画像パターンの線幅検出装置にお
いて、画像パターンの直線に対し、反射型のフオ
トセンサの発光点と受光点を結ぶ線がほぼ平行と
なるようにフオトセンサを配置したことを特徴と
する画像パターンの線幅検出装置。
