Claims (1)
- レンズユニツトと、上記レンズユニツトが係合
されるホルダーと、上記ホルダーと係合し、かつ
上記レンズユニツトと同一軸上に配置されると共
に、赤外線検出素子を内蔵した円筒状のデユワと
、上記ホルダーと上記デユワをシールする第１の
Ｏリングと、上記デユワと係合し、かつ赤外線検
出素子と一端を接する円柱状のコールドフインガ
ーと、上記コールドフインガーと内部で連結する
コの字形をしたコネクテイングパイプと、上記コ
ネクテイングパイプと内部で連結するコンプレツ
サーと、上記デユワと平行して配置された回路基
板と、上記部品を収納する水密のケースと、上記
ケース内部と連結しケースの上側に設けられたベ
ローズと、上記ケースの中に密封された絶縁油と
、上記ホルダーと上記ケースをシールする第２の
Ｏリングと、上記ケースの外面に設けられたフイ
ンとによつて構成されることを特徴とする赤外線
検出装置。
