Claims (1)
- 磁気センサの１次コイルに励磁信号を供給する
発振手段と、前記励磁信号と前記磁気センサの２
次コイルの出力信号の位相差を検出する位相差検
出手段と、この位相差検出手段の出力を所定値と
比較して前記磁気センサに対する磁性物質を識別
する比較手段とを具備したことを特徴とする磁性
物質識別装置。
