Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体１に圧電素子３を介して重り４を取付
けるとともに、この本体１をピン１０を介して密
閉したハウジング９内に配設し、該ハウジング９
の内部を真空状態にして真空層１２で前記圧電素
子３を覆うとともに、前記圧電素子３の出力ケー
ブル７を外方に引き出したことを特徴とする加速
度センサー。 (2) 本体１に圧電素子３を介して重り４を設け
るとともに、圧電素子３および重り４を前記本体
１に取付けたケース６で覆い、これらをピン１０
を介して密閉したハウジング９内に配設し、該ハ
ウジング９の内部を真空状態にして前記本体１お
よびケース６を真空層１２で覆うとともに、ハウ
ジング９の内面およびケース６の外面にメツキを
施し、さらに、前記圧電素子３の出力ケーブル７
を外方に引き出したことを特徴とする加速度セン
サー。
