上面に配置され、頭部が球形のピン４とピン５と
、 θ―Ｚステージ１のＶ溝２と平面３のある側面
と反対側の位置でＹステージ７の上面に配置され
るブロツク６と、 ブロツク６に取り付けられ、θ―Ｚステージ１
をピン４，５側に移動させるネジ９Ａ，９Ｂとを
備え、 ネジ９Ａ，９Ｂでθ―Ｚステージ１をピン４と
ピン５に押し付け、ピン４がＶ溝２に２点接触し
、ピン５が平面３に１点接触することを特徴とす
