おいて、１は可逆電動機、２は減速機、３はピニ
オン、４はラツク、５は刃物、６は刃物台、７は
ベース、８，９は検出片、１０は左端検出センサ
、１１は右端検出センサ、１２は砥石駆動用電動
機、１３は砥石、１４，１５，１６はリレーコイ
ル、１７は進相コンデンサ、１８は回転検出セン
サ、１９は運転スイツチ、２０，２８はオアゲー
ト、２１はフリツプフロツプ、２２，２３，２９
はアンドゲート、２４，２６，２７はタイマ、２
５はリトリガブルタイマ、１４ａ，１５ａ，１６
ａは常開接点である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベース上に、刃物を挾持する刃物台を摺動自在
    に取付け、この刃物と電動機により駆動される砥
    石とを接離自在に構成させ、刃物と砥石とが接触
    状態において刃物台を往復動して所要の研磨を行
    なう研磨機において、可逆電動機によりピニオン
    ・ラツク等の伝達手段を介して、前記、刃物台を
    往復動させる機構を有し、刃物台往復範囲を規制
    する検出器を設け、検出器からの信号により可逆
    電動機の回転方向を正転又は逆転に切換える正逆
    転切換手段と該可逆電動機の回転速度に応じた電
    気信号を発する回転検出手段と、該回転検出手段
    からの信号を受けて回転速度を判断する判断回路
    と、前記検出器から信号を受け、可逆電動機の回
    転方向を切換える時に、一定時間の間、前記判断
    回路を補償するためのタイマ回路を備え、判断回
    路の出力により、前記砥石駆動用電動機の電源を
    遮断することを特徴とする研磨機における刃物保
    護装置。
