６は油回転真空ポンプ、７は回転軸、８は回転セ
ンサ、１１はＣＰＵ、１２はＲＯＭ、１３はＲＡ
Ｍ、１４はバツテリ、１５は入力インターフエー
ス、１６は出力インターフエース、１７は真空オ
ンスイツチ、１８は回転スタートスイツチである
。

Claims (1)
- 回転容器を回転させる為の回転室と、該回転室
を真空状態にする為の油回転真空ポンプと、前記
回転室と前記油回転真空ポンプとの間に配設され
る油拡散真空ポンプとを有する遠心分離機におい
て、前記回転室を真空にする為のスイツチをＯＮ
すると前記油回転真空ポンプと前記油拡散真空ポ
ンプに同時に通電され、所定時間経過しても前記
回転容器を回転させない場合に前記油拡散真空ポ
ンプを自動的に通電中止とすることを特徴とする
遠心分離機。
