テレスクラツドスラブ製造法の概要を示す立面図
である。第2図はコイルコーナ部形状を変えてク
ラツドテストをした時の状況を説明するもので、
aはクラツドテストに用いたコイルの水平断面図
、bはクラツドテストのときの予熱コイル通過時
点での芯材各部の温度分布図、cはクラツド後の
ステンレスクラツドスラブの水平断面図である。
第3図は本考案コイルを使用したときの実施例で
、aはコイルのセツト状況の水平断面図、bはク
ラツド後のステンレスクラツドスラブの水平断面
図である。第4図は従来予熱コイルを使用したと
きのクラツド前後の状況を説明するもので、aは
コイルセツト時の水平断面図、bは予熱コイルに
よる芯材加熱の説明図、cはクラツド後のステン
レスクラツドスラブの水平断面図である。

Claims (1)
なる材質の溶湯を鋳造してクラツド鋳片を製造す
る際、芯材に巻回し芯材を予熱する予熱コイルに
おいて、芯材コーナ部に位置する予熱コイルのコ
ーナ部を外側にわん曲させ、フラツト部に比べ芯
材と予熱コイルの距離を大きくしてなることを特
