Claims (1)
- 被塗膜物に形成される塗膜の表面を部分的に研
磨する装置であつて、ベース部材には、所定曲率
でかつ所定径の複数の孔が開口されてなるネツト
部材と、駆動手段により該ネツト部材の内面を摺
接回転する研磨部材とが設けられることを特徴と
する塗膜研磨装置。
