Claims (1)
- 軽合金を鋳造して形成されるピストン本体と、
このピストン本体に燃焼室に面して鋳込まれるセ
ラミツク材を設け、このセラミツク材の鋳ぐるみ
面には少なくともその上部にメタライズ層を形成
し、このメタライズ層の周囲には軽合金に短繊維
を複合した短繊維強化層を燃焼室に面して形成し
、この短繊維強化層の周囲には周方向に収束され
た長繊維を軽合金に複合した長繊維強化層を形成
したことを特徴とする内燃機関のピストン。
