Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内部１Ａにゴミ袋２０を収容し得るケース本
体１内に、上部５ａに前記ゴミ袋２０の開口縁部
２１を止着し得る止着部２５を有し且つ前記ゴミ
袋２０を該ゴミ袋２０の外側面の対向位置から圧
縮させることのできる面積をもつ一対の押圧部材
５，５を、該両押圧部材５，５間に前記ゴミ袋２
０を収容し得る如く相互に所定間隔をもつて配置
するとともに、前記ケース本体１に、前記一対の
押圧部材５，５を相互に近接離間方向に作動させ
るための押圧部材操作装置１０を設けたことを特
徴とするゴミ収容ケース。 ２ 内部１Ａにゴミ袋２０を収容し得るケース本
体１内に、上部５ａに前記ゴミ袋２０の開口縁部
２１を止着し得る止着部２５を有し且つ前記ゴミ
袋２０を該ゴミ袋２０の外側面から押圧して圧縮
させることのできる面積をもつ単一の押圧部材５
５を、該押圧部材５５の押圧面５５Ａとケース本
体１の側壁１Ｂ内面との間に前記ゴミ袋２０を収
容し得る間隔をもつて設置する一方、前記ケース
本体１における前記押圧部材５５の押圧面５５Ａ
が対向する側壁１Ｂの内面上部にゴミ袋２０の開
口縁部２１を止着する止着部５７を設けるととも
に、前記ケース本体１に、前記押圧部材５５を該
押圧部材５５の押圧面５５Ａが対向するケース本
体１の側壁１Ｂ内面に対して近接離間方向に作動
させるための押圧部材操作装置５８を設けたこと
を特徴とするゴミ収容ケース。
