Claims (1)

を可撓導線を介して接続し、該冷却ヘツドを真空

子冷却装置。 (2) スターリングサイクル冷凍装置の真空室に
内蔵した赤外線検出素子付冷却ヘツドと蓄冷筒と
を可撓導線を介して接続し、該冷却ヘツドを真空
室の外筒に固定し、前記冷却装置から分離して影
像部を設け、前記赤外線検出素子と影像部とをフ
レキシブルオプテイカルガイドを介して接続した
ことを特徴とする請求項第1記載の赤外線検出素
子冷却装置。 (3) 可撓導線が、銅編組線であることを特徴と
