接触で検知する検知部が嵌着され、この検知部は
、比較的低周波で作動するセンサコイルと、この
センサコイルの近傍に設けられた温度補償コイル
とによつて双コイル構造に形成され、前記キヤン
の内部に検知部に近接して増幅部が嵌着されたこ
とを特徴とするキヤンド形スラストセンサ。 (2) キヤンの回転軸対向部と検知部との間に検
出距離調整スペーサが設けられたことを特徴とす
