- センサーを取付る装置において、センサー取付
部の周りに、センサーに関して斜め向きのガス噴
出口をもつスリツトを設けるとともに、センサー
の円周方向に小孔ガス噴出口を設けたことを特徴
とするセンサー取付装置。
