Claims (1)
面の特定部位を部分的に照射する事により該被照
射面の照度分布の補正を行う補助反射体を設け、
該補助反射体を反射方向の異なる複数の反射面に
より形成した事を特徴とする帯状照明装置。 (2) 前記特定部位が、被照射面の長手方向端側
である請求項(1)記載の装置において、前記補助
反射体が、被照射面より光学系に導く光路を交差
する方向に配した第一の反射面と、該第一の反射
面と連接し前記光路を挟んで管状光源のほぼ対向
位置に配した第2の反射面を含む事を特徴とする
帯状照明装置。 (3) 前記補助反射体を所定方向に移動可能に構
成した請求項(1)記載の帯状照明装置。 (4) 前記補助反射体の第2の反射面を管状光源
端側より中心側に向けて徐々に挟幅化させて形成
した請求項(2)記載の帯状照明装置。 (5) 管状光源よりの輻射光を反射させて被照射
面の特定部位を部分的に照射する事により該被照
射面の照度分布の補正を行う補助反射体と、該補
助反射体に選択された一の方向に移動させる移動
手段を設け、該移動手段により前記補助反射体よ
り被照射面に導かれる反射光の照射量又は/及び
照射位置を調整可能に構成した事を特徴とする帯
状照明装置。 (6) 前記特定部位が、被照射面の長手方向端側
