受信回路を示す図である。 図中、１は受信素子バイアス用電源端子、２は
受光素子、３はトランスインピーダンス型増幅回
路、８は帰還抵抗、１０は信号出力端子、１１は
最大電圧検出回路、１２は最小電圧検出回路、１
３は中点電圧検出回路、１６は中点電圧出力端子
、１９は最大電圧保持用コンデンサ、２３は最小
電圧保持用コンデンサを示す。
第２図は第１図の具体的構成を示す回路図、第３
図は本考案の他の実施例を示す回路図、第４図は
本考案の適用例を示す図、第５図は従来の非明り
受信回路を示す図である。 図中、１は受信素子バイアス用電源端子、２は

Claims (1)
- トランスインピーダンス型増幅回路と受光素子
とからなる光受信用増幅回路と、該トランスイン
ピーダンス型増幅回路の出力信号の最大電圧と最
小電圧をそれぞれ検出する最大電圧検出回路及び
最小電圧検出回路と、検出された最大電圧と最小
電圧を受けてその中点電圧を作成する中点電圧検
出回路とを設け、上記トランスインピーダンス型
増幅回路の出力信号と上記中点電圧とをそれぞれ
出力することを特徴とする光受信回路。
