  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水平及び垂直方向に単位画素となる光電変換部
    がエリア状に配置され、前記光電変換部から隣接
    した垂直転送レジスタへ信号が転送され、１水平
    ライン分の信号が前記垂直転送レジスタから水平
    転送レジスタに転送されてこの水平転送レジスタ
    から読み出されるＣＣＤ撮像素子であつて、 前記水平転送レジスタを複数の領域水平転送レ
    ジスタに分割し、これら領域水平転送レジスタの
    出力を順次読み出して最終出力としたことを特徴
    とするＣＣＤ撮像素子。
