Claims (1)
- ガスケツトを介して接合面が当接され互いに一
体化されたシリンダーブロツクとシリンダーヘツ
ドとを備えるとともに、前記シリンダーブロツク
のシリンダー部の回りに一端が閉じられ他端が前
記接合面に開放された凹所を設け、この凹所の開
放部に補強材が嵌合されてウオータージヤケツト
が形成された内燃機関用シリンダーであつて、前
記補強材が前記開放部と対応して前記ガスケツト
上に接着または溶着で固定されていることを特徴
とする内燃機関用シリンダー。
