Claims (1)
- 出力電圧を制限抵抗と負の温度係数を持つツエ
ナダイオードで分圧してこの分圧電圧が非反転入
力端に印加された演算増幅器と、この演算増幅器
の出力端と反転入力端との間に接続された第１抵
抗と、前記反転入力端と共通電位点との間に第２
抵抗と負の温度係数を持つダイオードとが直列に
接続された直列回路と、この直列回路に並列に接
続された第３抵抗とからなり、前記出力電圧が周
囲の温度の変化にかかわらず一定の値になるよう
に前記第１、第２、第３抵抗の比率をトリミング
することを特徴とする基準電圧発生回路。
