Claims (1)
- 終端に無反射終端器を備えた基本波導波管上に
、基本波周波数帯導波管方向性結合器、２倍波周
波数帯導波管方向性結合器、及び３倍周波数帯導
波管方向性結合器を並列配置し、これら３つの方
向性結合器の一端に夫々同軸導波管変換器を設け
、かつ２倍波及び３倍波の各方向性結合器の他端
に無反射終端器を設けたことを特徴とする高調波
測定装置。
