- 被測定パルスのパルス幅に対応した期間に亘り
基準パルスを計数する計数手段と、書き換え可能
な上限数を記憶し該被測定パルスの入来に同期し
て該上限数を転送する上限数記憶回路と、書き換
え可能な下限数を記憶し該被測定パルスの入来に
同期して該下限数を転送する下限数記憶回路と、
上記計数手段からの計数値と上記上限数記憶回路
からの上限数とを比較する上限数比較回路と、上
記計数手段からの計数値と上記下限数記憶回路か
らの下限数とを比較する下限数比較回路とを有す
ることを特徴とするパルス幅測定装置。
