Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１の被検部を圧迫するカフと、このカフ
    に圧力を供給する圧力供給手段と、前記第１の被
    検部に光を照射する発光手段と、この発光手段か
    ら照射された光を検出することで前記第１の被検
    部の血管の血圧脈動的変化に伴う容積変動を検出
    する発光手段と、この発光手段の出力信号に基づ
    いて前記カフに供給する圧力を制御する供給圧力
    制御手段とを備えた第１の血圧測定手段と、 第２の被検部を圧迫するカフと、このカフに圧
    力を供給する圧力供給手段と、前記第２の被検部
    に光を照射する発光手段と、この発光手段から照
    射された光を検出することで前記第２の被検部の
    血管の血圧脈動的変化に伴う容積変動を検出する
    受光手段と、この受光手段の出力信号に基づいて
    前記カフに供給する圧力を制御する供給圧力制御
    手段とを備えた第２の血圧測定手段と、 前記第１の血圧測定手段と第２の血圧測定手段
    とを交互に作動させる作動切替制御手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする非侵襲的連続血圧測定
    装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の非侵
    襲的連続血圧測定装置において、 前記第１の血圧測定手段から第２の血圧測定手
    段に切替える際に、前記２つの血圧測定手段を同
    時に作動させる作動制御手段と、 前記２つの血圧測定手段の同時作動時間内に、
    前記第１の血圧測定手段の検出値と第２の血圧測
    定手段の検出値に基づいて補正量を算出する補正
    量算出手段と、 前記補正量に基づいて前記第２の血圧測定手段
    の検出値を補正する補正手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする非侵襲的連続血圧測定
    装置。
