Claims (1)
- 絶縁筒の両端をそれぞれ封止する端板と、この
端板の一方を貫通して軸方向に進退し他方の端板
を気密に貫通して該端板に固定された固定接触子
に接離する、通電棒の先端に電極を備えてなる可
動接触子と、軸方向両端の周縁がそれぞれ前記可
動接触子と該接触子が貫通する前記一方の端板の
開口側とに気密に接合され前記絶縁筒内の真空を
維持しつつ可動接触子の軸方向進退を可能ならし
める金属ベローズとを備えた真空バルブにおいて
、前記金属ベローズの大気側表面に伸縮性を有す
る合成樹脂の層を一定の厚さ以上に形成したこと
を特徴とする真空バルブ。
