屈曲形状をなす発熱部を形成し、上記発熱部を形
成する平線の両端にリード線接続用の端子部を形
成してなるヒータ用発熱素子。 (2) 上記の発熱部を、相対的に幅の広い平線で
なる主発熱部と、幅の狭い平線でなる補助発熱部
により形成し、両発熱部の間に中間端子部を形成
