のカラーフイルタの移動速度を検出する速度検出
手段と、その速度検出手段の検出結果に基づき、
前記カラーフイルタの移動速度が低下して前記適
正速度になつた際、前記画像入力手段の入力動作
を指示する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
