8に供給され、転写紙9は給紙機構を介してドラ
ム1の周面に供給されるようになつている。ドラ
ム1の周面にはドラムを予め帯電しておく第1の
帯電装置10、ドラム表面の静電潜像を転写紙9
に転写するための第2の帯電装置11、及びトナ
ーをドラム側から分離させるための第3の帯電装
置12が夫々配設される。トナー像を転写された
転写紙9は定着部13を通つて排紙皿14上に排
出される。

がある。しかし、機械方式は単価が安いが、接点
を用いるためトナーの侵入により誤動作するおそ
れがある。L検知方式は制御回路が複雑になり高
価格である。さらに、光方式は濃度検知のフイー
ドバツクが遅い欠点がある。従つて、これらの従
来技述では、値段、信頼性あるいは検知速度の点
において、高速小型複写機への対応が困難であつ
た。

との混合粒子を用いる静電式複写機の現像部に、
圧電素子を磁性振動板に固着した圧電振動子を配
設しかつ前記現像部内のキヤリア及び前記磁性振
動板が磁気回路の一部を構成する如くコイルを有
する磁芯を配設し、磁性体であるキヤリアへのト
ナー付着で磁気回路の磁気抵抗が変化することを
利用して、トナー濃度の検知を高速でかつ高信頼
度で行うことができ、あわせてキヤリアとトナー
との混合粒子の総量検知が可能な静電式複写機用
トナー濃度検知装置を提供しようとするものであ
る。

構造体と、前記磁性振動板21を前記磁性体リン
グ25の内側に支持するための絶縁支持体26と
を具備している。ここで、センターポール付磁芯
23の外縁に磁性体リング25が磁気的に接合さ
れ、この磁性体リング25の内側に絶縁支持体2
6が固着される。前記磁性振動板21の周縁はシ
リコン接着剤等の弾性体27を介して絶縁支持体
26に弾性支持される。そして、磁性体リング2
5は、静電式複写機の現像部8Aの容器30側壁
を貫通する如く配置される。すなわち、圧電振動
子22の検知面(磁性振動板21の圧電素子を設
けていない面)が容器30内に露出するようにす
る。なお、容器30内には磁気ブラシ15Aおよ
び撹拌棒(図示省略)が回転自在に設けられてお
り、その容器30の上方にトナーを収容したトナ
ーボツクス7が配置されるようになつている。

総量検知が可能な静電式複写機用トナー濃度検知
装置を得ることができる。
