- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 板金成形された外部上下ケース１，２と内部
上下プレート３，４をモナカ合わせすることによ
つて形成される自動車等のマフラにおいて、外部
上ケース１と外部下ケース２とを異材又は板厚の
異なる金属板を重ねて二重構造に形成してなるこ
とを特徴とする自動車等のマフラ。 ２ 板金成形された外部上下ケース１，２と内部
上下プレート３，４をモナカ合わせすることによ
つて形成される自動車等のマフラにおいて、外部
上ケース１と外部下ケース２のいずれか一方のケ
ースの周辺フランジ部を折曲げヘミング加工して
外部上下ケース１，２と内部上下プレート３，４
を一体化してなることを特徴とする自動車等のマ
フラ。
