Claims (1)
- 水平状に配置した円筒状の蒸胴を設け、該蒸胴
に蒸気が供給される導入口を設けるとともに、蒸
胴の一端部と他端部とに茶葉が供給される供給口
と茶葉が排出される排出口とを設け、蒸胴の軸心
部に回転軸を延長配置し、該回転軸に半径方向外
方に突出する撹拌体を回転軸の延長方向に所定の
ピツチで多数設けてなる茶葉の蒸し機において、
前記撹拌体の先端部に弾性資材からなる掻き具を
設け、該掻き具の先端部を蒸胴の内周壁に接触さ
せたことを特徴とする茶葉の蒸し機。
