Claims (1)
出部と、この検出部に外設され導入圧力に対し前
記検出部を保護するための保護部とを具備する検
出装置において、前記保護部は、各側から前記導
入圧力を受けるべき保護ダイヤフラムと;この保
護ダイヤフラムの各側に配設され前記導入圧力を
それぞれ受けかつ変位が制限されるシールダイヤ
フラムと;前記保護ダイヤフラムの各表面に接す
る第1の空間と;この各第1空間とこれに対応す
る前記各シールダイヤフラムに接する空間とを直
接連通する第1の導圧孔と;この各第1導圧孔と
前記検出部の対応する各導圧空間とをそれぞれ直
接連通する第2の導圧孔と;前記各々の第1空間
、第1導圧孔、第2導圧孔、シールダイヤフラム
に接する空間、および検出部の対応する導圧空間
に充填される圧力伝達用流体と;を備えることを
特徴とする差圧検出装置。 (2) 測定すべき差圧に応じた信号を出力する検
出部と、この検出部に外設され導入圧力に対し前
記検出部を保護するための保護部とを具備する検
出装置において、前記保護部は、各側から前記導
入圧力を受けるべき保護ダイヤフラムと;この保
護ダイヤフラムの各側に配設され前記導入圧力を
それぞれ受けかつ変位が制限されるシールダイヤ
フラムと;前記保護ダイヤフラムの各表面に接す
る第1の空間と;この各第1空間とこれに対応す
る前記各シールダイヤフラムに接する空間とを直
接連通し、前記各第1空間との隣接近傍部分だけ
がその他の部分より流体抵抗の小さい第1の導圧
孔と;この各第1導圧孔の前記各第1空間との隣
接近傍部分と前記検出部の対応する各導圧空間と
をそれぞれ直接連通し、前記各隣接近傍部分より
流体抵抗の大きい第2の導圧孔と;前記各々の第
1空間、第1導圧孔、第2導圧孔、シールダイヤ
フラムに接する空間、および検出部の対応する導
圧空間に充填される圧力伝達用流体と;を備える
ことを特徴とする差圧検出装置。 (3) 測定すべき差圧に応じた信号を出力する検
出部と、この検出部に外設され導入圧力に対し前
記検出部を保護するための保護部とを具備する検
出装置において、前記保護部は、各側から前記導
入圧力を受けるべき保護ダイヤフラムと;この保
護ダイヤフラムの各側に配設され前記導入圧力を
それぞれ受けかつ変位が制限されるシールダイヤ
フラムと;前記保護ダイヤフラムの各表面に接す
る第1の空間と;この各第1空間とこれに対応す
る前記各シールダイヤフラムに接する空間とを直
接連通する第1の導圧孔と;前記各第1空間と前
記検出部の対応する各導圧空間とをそれぞれ直接
連通する第2の導圧孔と;前記各々の第1空間、
第1導圧孔、および第2導圧孔を直接連通するよ
うに設けられる溝状空間と;前記各々の第1空間
、第1導圧孔、第2導圧孔、溝状空間、シールダ
イヤフラムに接する空間、および検出部の対応す
る導圧空間に充填される圧力伝達用流体と;を備
えることを特徴とする差圧検出装置。 (4) 測定すべき差圧に応じた信号を出力する検

出装置において、前記保護部は、各側から前記導
