れた光電変換素子を含み、該光電変換素子の出力
により、前記ランプ電源回路を制御する照度補正
器と、 よりなり、前記参照用光フアイバーよりの参照
光の光量が一定となるように前記ランプの照度を
自動的に補正することを特徴としたフロツク計測
