側ケース体とからなる二重構造を有し、 前記内側ケース体と外側ケース体とを液密に貫
通して前記摺動子を保持する摺動子保持部が設け
られ、 前記内側ケース体と外側ケース体との間には熱
硬化性絶縁樹脂が充填されて補強用絶縁樹脂層が
形成されていることを特徴とする高圧用電子部品
