Claims (1)
- 半導体部品を包囲する包囲部及び該包囲部から
延出して設けられた弾性舌片及び該弾性舌片に設
けられた突部とを有する導電性材料から成るシー
ルド板体と、前記突部と係合してシールド板体の
位置決め及び電気的接続が成される凹部が形成さ
れたアースパターンを有するプリント基板とで構
成されることを特徴とする半導体部品のシールド
構造。
