Claims (1)
- 鋳型内面にＮｉめつき層を含むめつき層を設け
た鋳型基体と、その背面に設けた冷却箱とよりな
る連続鋳造用鋳型において、鋳型基体の下面に、
鋳型内面より冷却箱寄りの奥位置に冷却箱側から
鋳型内面側に向けて下り傾斜する傾斜下面を有す
る冷却水下向き案内部を設け、上記冷却水下向き
案内部より鋳型内面側の鋳型下面に、上記鋳型内
面のＮｉめつき層に連続したＮｉめつき層を形成
すると共に、該Ｎｉめつき層上にＳＵＳ溶接層を
形成して成る連続鋳造用鋳型。
