Claims (1)
イプに連接した排出口を備え、前記排出口から球
の直径より長く離れた位置に回転しうる撹拌軸を
備えたホツパーにおいて、上部にコンベアにより
送られる球の装入口を備え、かつ下部がホツパー
の開口部に連接して開口する受球ピツトを設け、
受球ピツトの下部に複数個の窓を備えた隔壁と、
前記窓を開閉するシヤツターとを設けたことを特
徴とする配球器。 (2) シヤツターの上方でかつ隔壁の窓の両側ま
たは片側の位置に窓に向かつて傾斜した傾斜部を
備えた請求項1記載の配球器。 (3) 撹拌軸の表面に軸方向に長く複数の浅い溝
を備えた請求項1または2記載の配球器。 (4) ホツパーの中の上方にホツパーセンサーを
設け、受球ピツトの中の上方にはピツトセンサー
を設け、ホツパーの中で球が所定のレベルから減
少したときホツパーセンサーからの信号を受けて
シヤツターを閉じ、かつ球を受球ピツトに送るコ
ンベアを動作させ、球が所定のレベル以上に溜ま
つたときホツパーセンサーから信号を受けてシヤ
ツターを開き、かつコンベアを停止させ、受球ピ
ツトの中で球が所定のレベルから減少したときピ
ツトセンサーからの信号を受けてシヤツターを閉
じ、かつコンベアを動作させ、球が所定のレベル
以上に溜まつたときピツトセンサーからの信号を
受けてシヤツターを開き、かつコンベアの動作を
止めるようにした制御器を設けた請求項1から3
までのいずれかに記載の配球器。 (5) 受球ピツトの側面および天板が密閉され、
天板に球の装入口と排気口とを備え、コンベアが
空気圧送装置で構成された請求項1から4までの
いずれかに記載の配球器。 (6) 送球パイプに連接する複数の排出口をホツ
パーの底に適宜間隔をあけて2列に配列し、前記
2列の排出口の間の上部に撹拌軸を設けた請求項
1から5までのいずれかに記載の配球器。 (7) ホツパーの開口部が両側壁の間隔より挾く
した請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載の配球
器。 (8) ホツパーの底板が多数の小孔を備えた穴あ
き鋼板により構成された請求項1から7までのい
