Foams of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or polyethylene filled with a considerable amount of calcium carbonate are mainly used.

要因である。These foams have good moisture resistance and adhesion, and are also effective in retaining heat, so they form the mainstream of current wood-based composite flooring materials. However, in housing complexes such as condominiums and public corporations, the problem of light impact noise, such as the sound of falling dishes and bowls, and the sound of moving chairs, tables, etc., has become a major issue, which was not a problem with conventional carpets and carpets. There is. This kind of light impact sound is caused by the fact that the flooring surface is made of a hard material like wood! It is unavoidable that it generates a loud noise compared to /1 ¥1 or carpet, but the entire back surface of current wooden flooring materials is coated with a considerable amount of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyethylene. Another major factor is the low soundproofing performance of composite flooring materials made of polyolefin resin foam filled with calcium carbonate.

The contact area between one or more baseplates and the upper and lower cushioning materials is 10% or more and 50% or less, and the areas that are not in contact are 0% or less than the adjacent layer.
.. The present invention relates to a multi-layered composite soundproof flooring material, characterized in that the flooring materials are arranged so that they are spaced apart by 2 mm or more.

It all stems from our discovery that we can reduce the thickness. By adjusting these factors, it is possible to obtain a flooring material that exhibits unprecedented soundproofing performance and has a thin total flooring thickness.

If it is less than 0%, the flexure of the surface material becomes large in response to a load or impact from above, resulting in deterioration of both durability and soundproofing performance.

If it is less than 0.2 dragon, when an impact is applied, the impact will be directly transmitted due to the bending of the wood, and the soundproofing performance will be greatly deteriorated.

For example, a polymer foam or a collection of inorganic fibers can be used.

If it is less than 21, the durability may deteriorate when the load per unit area is large, such as a chair with casters, and the load is concentrated in a small area, and if it exceeds 6, the soundproofing performance may deteriorate. . Moreover, it is preferable that the thickness of the base plate is 2 or more and 9 or less. The reason for this is the same as in the case of wood facing materials, but the rate at which soundproofing performance deteriorates due to increase in thickness is smaller than that of wood facing materials, so up to 9 ++ us is allowed.

m concrete with double-sided tape so that it is 90cm square, and the tapping machine is placed parallel to the diagonal of the 90cm square so that the hitting point of the center hammer is in the center, and when the tapping machine is driven. The sound generated downstairs was measured. The loudness of the sound was analyzed by a one-octave analyzer, and the sound pressure level of 125.250.500Hz, which determines the light floor impact sound level, is shown in Table 1. The lower the sound pressure level on the floor directly below, the higher the soundproofing performance of the floor. Example 1.2.3.4 and Comparative Example 1
