Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 枠状本体の内側上部に設けた固定板にＶ形刃板
    を取付け、固定板との高低差の幅で野菜、果実等
    をスライスするため可動板を固定板の先に昇降可
    能に位置させ、前記Ｖ形刃板に対応する三角形状
    の案内板を、千切刃を多数突設した同形案内板と
    交換可能に前記回動板に固定し、枠状本体に水平
    に装架した回転軸の一端を外側に突出させて操作
    摘みを固定し、かつ該回転軸の両端部に固定した
    一対の円形偏心カムを、可動板に吊設した一対の
    支示突部に設けた窓孔に嵌合させて成るスライサ
    ー。
